Registration Information

Register for Conference

Registration for 2024’s conference will be $425. Please note an update to the payment process: After registering for the conference, please reach out to Rebekah Gayley (gayley.3@osu.edu) to request an invoice. Invoices can be paid via check, eCheck, or credit card. Instructions for submitting payment will be included in the invoice. If more than one person from your institution is attending, we can issue one invoice for all registrants. If you’ve already submitted payment, you do not need to request an invoice.

Book Hotel by May 10, 2024

Make your reservation by May 10, 2024 to access the group rate ($165, plus tax). Parking will be an additional $30/night. Call the Blackwell at 614-247-4000 and reference the HEFMA conference when booking.

Area Restaurants

Monday night of the conference, dinner will be on your own after a welcome reception. We highly recommend checking out restaurants in the Short North, a vibrant cultural neighborhood south of campus.
