PARE is responsible for tracking and assigning all university space to colleges, departments, and units. We can help you find additional space, relinquish an existing space, or provide space recommendations for increased efficiency. Before you make a study request, please read through the steps of our process below.
The Request Process
1. Submitting a Study Request
Customers must first submit a study request. Once received, we will assess the existing space, complete a building walk-through, analyze floor plans, determine if more space is needed, or if the space can be used more efficiently.
2. Assessing Budgetary Needs
Once we have assessed a customer’s existing space, we will evaluate the customer’s budget and create an outline of all expenses needed to complete the project.
3. Creating a Project Timeline
We will develop a timeline for the planned space development or space reassignment.
4. Initiating the Project
Following the planned timeline, we will contact all the appropriate professionals and initiate the first phase of the project.
