For The Ohio State University and the Wexner Medical Center, Planning and Real Estate (PARE) administers a portfolio of leases, interprets lease language and provides legal advice regarding lease agreements, monitors critical dates, ensures lease compliance, liaises between landlords and tenants, and conducts reporting and financial analyses of lease liability. Approximately 45% of the 1.4 million sq.ft. portfolio is devoted to medicine.
