Columbus Underground recently provided an update in progress of the 15+HIGH project led by Campus Partners. As reported by the outlet, plans for 15+HIGH were first announced in 2015, and the first major new building in the district – the Wellington that holds apartments and a Target – was completed last summer.
Columbus Undeground went on to report that WOSU Public Media headquarters is under construction in the area, and work is scheduled to start this autumn on two office buildings – each with ground floor retail – that will be located on either side of the new plaza.
Campus Partners' Erin Prosser told the outlet that the plaza itself will start to take shape as those two buildings are constructed. She added that the area will continue to be “a very active construction site for approximately the next 24 months.”
