PARE Partners with Youth CoLab Summer Program

Planning Architecture and Real Estate (PARE) has partnered with the Youth CoLab for the first time to inspire the next generation of city planners and designers.

“It’s so interesting to see how unique the younger generation is and how individualistic they are,” said Matt Hansen, senior planner of community development for PARE. “It makes me really excited for the future of planning.”

Myers discusses Framework 2.0, future of Ohio State development

Three key focus areas offer exciting changes coming soon to The Ohio State University. Keith Myers, Ohio State’s vice president of Planning and Real Estate, offered a glimpse into the university’s future development during Wednesday’s Columbus Business First 2019 Commercial Developers Power Breakfast.

The event’s keynote speaker focused primarily on 15+HIGH, the Medical Center district and the future of West Campus during his address to the 500-person audience. All three districts were outlined in Framework 2.0, the university’s long-term planning vision.

The Columbus Dispatch recently featured the upcoming summer relocation of Adriatico's Pizza which will relocate one block from 11th and Neil avenues to 10th and Neil avenues. Ohio State's future optometry clinic and health sciences faculty office will be located at the corner of 11th and Neil.

“It’s a win-win for everybody,” said Ohio State spokesman Dan Hedman. “And we’re thrilled that Adriatico’s found a home close by that’s allowing them to remain part of the university community.”
