The Ohio State University's Planning, Architecture and Real Estate (PARE) vice president Amanda Hoffsis has made the Columbus Business First 2025 Power 125 list - a group of community and business leaders making an impact on the economic development of the region.
The Ohio State University is in the process of selling two properties along Dublin-Granville Road. The properties (3455 and 2575 Dublin Granville Road) were deemed to be no longer needed within Ohio State’s strategic plans. The university is under contract for the sale through the PARE real estate team as the buyers work through their due diligence.

Ohio State is developing a plan to sustain older structures and determine which are no longer useful. Currently, facility master plans for each of the university's 15 college are underway to help inform building-by-building plans to prioritize the work.
