    The Ohio State University is in the process of selling two properties along Dublin-Granville Road. The properties (3455 and 2575 Dublin Granville Road) were deemed to be no longer needed within Ohio State’s strategic plans. The university is under contract for the sale through the PARE real estate team as the buyers work through their due diligence.
